“Room was dirty, housekeeping never came. “Breakfast included” meant a 15% discount at JB’s Restaurant or brown bananas & apples in the lobby. The pool should be shut down. A/c barely worked and had disgusting crap in it. Toliet seat was falling off. The hot and cold tap in the shower were opposite and my daughter lightly scalded herself. Bathroom fan non existent. Hairdryer was falling off the wall. Drug deals in the parking lot. Found a suspicious packet under the couch.”

“This place is perfect if you are going to Dinosaur National Monument. The room is a good size but the bathroom is tiny. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Entire place under construction, they are changing to a Best Western property. The swimming pool looked like something from a horror movie, covered with green slime. Entire property just a total mess.”

“staff was never at the desk when needed and they had to be summoned by knocking on employee door. i am handicapped and the entrance to room was extremely difficult. it was about 1 and half inches high and i had to get out of wheelchair and pull wheelchair into room. Leaving room was ok. Maybe they should have a handicap room with better entrance.”

“The shower got good and hot. Had clean towels and shampoo and soap. The carpet was rough and ragged but it was clean. The beds had clean sheets and blankets. It was stuffy and hot. The a/c unit barely worked. The room had no ventilation without the door being open. The coffee pot in the room was full of molded coffee grounds that hadn't been changed in weeks. I enjoyed having the rolling chairs outside my room but there was vomit and bottle caps on the table in front of the room window.”

“The bathtub/shower was dirty. I couldn’t use it because it was so dirty. Everything in the room was old and run down. The bed was really hard. The sheets were not clean. The pictures on the website that I looked at when I booked the room were very deceiving. They made the place look nice. I was very disappointed. I didn’t stay the second night that I had paid for because everything was so nasty. The lady at the front desk was fantastic! She was excellent during the check in process.”
